Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Security focused)
Millions of people across Europe want better ways to build long-term wealth, but traditional investing often feels complex or out of reach.
Mintos is solving that. We've built a platform that makes investing in income-generating assets simple, transparent, and accessible. And we're expanding fast.
As our Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Security focused), you'll own day-to-day security operations across our cloud and on-premise environments as we grow to millions of investors.
If this is the kind of problem you want to solve, let's talk.
What you'll do
As Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Security focused), you will own day-to-day security operations across our cloud and on-premise environments, from monitoring and threat detection through to incident response. You will manage and improve the tools that protect our systems, lead vulnerability management end to end, and help embed a strong security culture through risk reporting and awareness activities. You will also contribute to emerging AI security initiatives and support ICT risk management and regulatory compliance. Working closely with engineering and business teams, you will help identify and mitigate risks while enabling the organisation to move quickly within its defined risk appetite.
You will:
Own day-to-day security operations, including monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
Manage and enhance security tooling, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, and antivirus solutions.
Lead vulnerability management across cloud and on-premise environments, from identification and prioritisation through to remediation.
Support ICT risk management and regulatory compliance, including DORA (EU 2022/2554) readiness, and contribute to internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.
Participate in AI security initiatives by securing AI/LLM tools and integrations, implementing AI governance and usage policies, and applying AI to strengthen threat detection, log analysis, and automation.
Contribute to security governance and culture through risk reporting, Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring, awareness activities, and training, while continuously improving security processes and controls.
