Head of Data
Millions of people across Europe want better ways to build long-term wealth, but traditional investing often feels complex or out of reach.
Mintos is solving that. We've built a platform that makes investing in income-generating assets simple, transparent, and accessible. And we're expanding fast.
As our Head of Data, you'll build a trusted, company-wide data function as we grow to millions of investors.
If this is the kind of problem you want to solve, let's talk.
What you'll do
As our Head of Data, you'll solve Mintos’ fragmented and intuition-driven approach to decision-making by building a trusted, company-wide data function. Your focus will be defining the company’s data strategy and operating model, which means establishing data standards and governance, designing a unified client data model across behavioural and financial domains, and enabling analytical capabilities that drive business impact. You'll work with Product, Finance, Marketing, AML, Partnerships, and Engineering teams to create a shared understanding of customer behaviour and unlock evidence-based decision-making across the company.
This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer and is a key hire for Mintos’ strategic initiative to mature its data capabilities into a company-wide competitive advantage.
You will:
Define the long-term vision, priorities, and maturity roadmap for the Data function at Mintos
Audit current data maturity across major functions and establish clear standards for metrics, ownership, governance, and data quality
Design and drive implementation of a unified client data model connecting financial, behavioural, and interaction data
Build and scale the operating model for how business functions consume and collaborate with the BI team
Deliver advanced analytical capabilities such as predictive segmentation, attribution modelling, experimentation frameworks, and churn prediction
Influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to adopt evidence-based decision-making practices
Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of analysts and data specialists capable of operating autonomously within business domains
Define the required tooling, budget, team structure, and resource plan needed to achieve Mintos’ target data maturity
