Bond Investment Analyst
Millions of people across Europe want better ways to build long-term wealth, but traditional investing often feels complex or out of reach. Mintos is solving that. We've built a platform that makes investing in income-generating assets simple, transparent, and accessible. And we're expanding fast.
As our Bond Investment Analyst, you'll evaluate and onboard bond issuers onto our marketplace and help us bring high-quality fixed income opportunities to millions of investors.
If this is the kind of problem you want to solve, let's talk.
What you'll do
As our Bond Investment Analyst, you'll solve one of the core challenges of running a bond marketplace: making sure every issuer and every issuance meets the bar before it reaches investors. Your focus will be issuer evaluation and relationship management, which means analyzing the financial health of potential and existing bond issuers, supporting the structuring of new bond opportunities, and preparing the materials that go to our Credit Committee. You'll work closely with Legal, Onboarding, and Product to move bond projects from first conversation to live on the marketplace.
This role is a key hire for scaling our bond-backed securities offering across Europe.
You will:
Assess the financial standing, performance, and risk exposure of bond issuers on the Mintos marketplace
Prepare and own the evaluation and structuring of new bond issuances, including preparing Credit Committee memos
Build and maintain trusted relationships with bond issuers throughout the lifecycle of their projects
Track capital markets and industry developments to spot trends, risks, and new opportunities
Coordinate with Legal, Onboarding, and Product to keep bond projects moving and ensure smooth execution
Help manage contractual processes and ensure timely registration of pledges where applicable

4+ years of experience in credit risk analysis, corporate banking, investment management, or debt capital markets
Solid understanding of fixed income products, bond structures, and credit risk fundamentals
Some exposure to working with external counterparties - institutional clients, issuers, or financial partners
Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to different audiences
Professional fluency in English
Nice-to-haves
Experience with structured finance or capital markets transactions
