Regulatory Reporting Analyst
Millions of people across Europe are looking for better ways to build long-term wealth. We're building the platform that makes it possible. Currently we are on a journey to obtain a banking license from the European Central Bank (ECB) that will open new possibilities and help us build even more trust, which is key to long-term wealth building.
If you're excited about making investing more accessible, we'd love to hear from you.

Lead the regulatory reporting domain at Mintos, taking ownership of day-to-day reporting and the build-out toward bank-grade requirements
Prepare, validate, and submit current investment firm regulatory reports (IFR/IFD, COREP IF, statistical reports) to the NCA and other authorities
Drive the transition from investment firm reporting to bank-grade reporting (COREP, FINREP, LCR, ALMM, and related submissions) as Mintos progresses through the licence process
Translate regulatory requirements into clear data and process specifications for finance, IT, and the data warehouse team
Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis of variances or anomalies
Drive continuous automation and improvement of reporting processes
Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT) to resolve data issues and clarify reporting requirements
Monitor regulatory developments and translate new requirements into actionable process and system changes
Support audit and supervisory requests with clear, well-documented responses
Contribute to designing and building out the broader reporting function as the team grows
