As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and help us bring exceptional people to Mintos as we continue to grow across Europe. If you’re excited about making investing more accessible, we'd love to hear from you.

This role reports to People Lead and is a key hire for supporting Mintos’ continued growth across multiple business areas.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll help attract and hire talent that improves the experience and outcomes for our investors.

You will:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, including Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, AML, Risk and other business functions.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across Europe.

• Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Mintos’ visibility and attract candidates.

• Continuously improve and optimise the recruitment process, using the Teamtailor platform to create an efficient and transparent hiring experience.

• Stay up to date with latest recruitment trends and market insights, using this knowledge to refine sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Explore and implement AI tools to automate and improve recruitment workflows, helping the team work smarter and focus on meaningful candidate engagement.

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

• 2+ years of experience in full recruitment cycle with exposure to multiple business functions.

• Previous experience recruiting for IT or technology roles.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Business fluency in English.

• University degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience working in fintech or the financial sector.

• Experience working in Latvian, German and other EU talent markets.
