As a Partnerships Intern, you'll work side by side with experienced business development professionals, getting real exposure to how a leading European Marketplace builds and grows its partner network. You'll contribute to work that directly impacts our pipeline and strategy.

You you'll do:

• Support the team in identifying and researching prospective lending company partners.

• Build and maintain prospect lists, mapping key decision-makers and company profiles in the non-bank lending space.

• Generate leads in key geographies by identifying lending companies that can benefit from funding their loan growth through Mintos.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and trends.

• Help prepare materials for outreach, partner meetings, and internal reporting.

• Assist in tracking pipeline activity and keeping our CRM up to date.

• Collaborate with team members on projects that support the growth and expansion of Mintos' partner base.

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves:

• You are a last year student / recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field).

• Genuine curiosity about fintech, lending, or investment - you don't need to be an expert, but you should be eager to learn.

• Strong research skills and attention to detail - you know how to find the right information and present it clearly.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A proactive, self-starter mindset - you take initiative and follow through.

Nice-to-haves:

• Some exposure to business development, sales, or financial services (internships, university projects, or coursework all count).

• Familiarity with CRM tools or data research platforms.

• Additional European languages are a plus.
