We are looking for a Legal Intern who would support our Legal & Compliance team with day-to-day legal operations across regulatory compliance, contracts, and corporate governance.

What you'll do

• Support the team with regulatory compliance monitoring, tracking EU and Latvian regulatory developments relevant to a MiFID II-regulated investment firm.

• Assist with contract-related tasks, including reviewing, organizing, and maintaining legal agreements and related documentation.

• Help prepare corporate and board meeting materials, supporting corporate governance processes.

• Maintain and update internal legal registers and the team's AI tool documentation.

• Conduct legal research across a variety of topics relevant to the Legal & Compliance team.

• Provide general legal support on day-to-day operational tasks across the team.

Your professional skills and background

• Law student or recent graduate.

• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

• Genuine interest in the regulatory and legal aspects of financial services or fintech operations.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
