We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bonds Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in the bonds market, project management and a passion for building and maintaining long-term relationships with bond issuers across different countries and industries.
What you'll do
As our Bonds Project Manager, you’ll lead strategic partner relationships across international Bonds issuers. Your primary responsibility will be to strengthen and grow these relationships while collaborating closely with financial institutions. In this role, you will manage high- value accounts, lead complex negotiations, align cross- functional teams, and identify opportunities that drive sustainable, long-term, growth.
You will:
Develop and manage strong, long- term relationships with bond issuers, serving as a trusted strategic partner
Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the full lifecycle of bond projects
Lead cross- functional coordination to ensure smooth execution of bond-related projects
Drive complex negotiations and manage contractual processes
Identify and originate opportunities for new bond issuances and broader business development
Establish and maintain strong C-level relationships with key decision-makers
Structure and present proposals that align stakeholder interests and support scalable growth
Your professional skills and background
Proven experience in the bonds market (corporate, government, or structured bonds)
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders
Experience with C-level relationship development and management
Background in corporate banking, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital
Business-level or higher proficiency in English
