What you’ll do

You will design and implement AI and automation solutions across Mintos. Your focus will be on scalable architecture, system integration, and reliable execution.

Working closely with business stakeholders, you will translate business needs into robust technical solutions. You will build, optimise, and maintain AI-enabled workflows, ensuring they meet security, data, and IT standards.

You will

• Design, build, and implement automation solutions that work - using no-code, low-code, and scripting

• Translate business requirements into technical designs and integration workflows

• Develop integrations using APIs, structured data flows, and authentication mechanisms

• Extend automations using Python or JavaScript when needed

• Prototype and test AI-enabled workflows before scaling

• Ensure solutions meet IT, security, and governance standards

• Monitor and optimise automations for reliability and performance

• Explore and experiment with cloud-based AI platforms

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

• Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript)

• Understanding of APIs, JSON structures, and authentication concepts

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS)

• Comfortable working with APIs, data flows, and system integrations

• Experience in business operations, digital transformation, automation, or AI-related initiatives

• Strong ability to analyse end-to-end processes and translate them into automation opportunities

• Proven experience working across business and technical stakeholders

• Outcome-driven mindset focused on measurable impact

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in financial services (corporate banking, investment, private equity, venture capital)

• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments

• University degree in a relevant field

• Experience experimenting with emerging AI tools, LLM integrations, or automation frameworks
