What you’ll do

You will lead AI and automation initiatives across Mintos with a strong focus on business value, operational efficiency, and measurable impact. You will identify high-impact opportunities, define priorities, and ensure initiatives deliver clear ROI.

Acting as a bridge between business, operations, compliance, and engineering, you will align stakeholders, shape the roadmap, and drive adoption across the organisation. While technical teams support implementation, you remain accountable for value realisation, governance, and change management.

You will

• Identify and prioritise automation opportunities across business and operational processes

• Define and evolve the AI & Automation roadmap aligned with strategic objectives

• Own initiative backlog, KPIs, and value tracking

• Build business cases quantifying efficiency, cost, quality, and risk impact

• Act as a business owner during delivery, coordinating stakeholders

• Lead workshops to discover use cases and define requirements

• Drive adoption and organisational change

• Ensure initiatives comply with regulatory and governance standards

• Promote AI-enabled ways of working across Mintos

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

• Experience in financial services (corporate banking, investment, private equity, venture capital)

• Experience in business operations, digital transformation, automation, or AI-related initiatives

• Strong ability to analyse end-to-end processes and translate them into automation opportunities

• Solid understanding of AI and automation concepts with practical application experience

• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technical stakeholders

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated ability to build business cases and quantify ROI

• Outcome-driven mindset focused on measurable impact

• Confidence to challenge the status quo and drive innovation

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Nice-to-haves

• Hands-on experience with no-code / low-code tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge (Python or JavaScript)

• Understanding of APIs, JSON structures, and authentication concepts

• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (Vertex AI, Azure AI, AWS)

• Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments

• University degree in a relevant field
