Our design and marketing team shapes how people discover, understand, and trust Mintos. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who brings sharp visual craft and can design anything starting from a social post to an engaging landing page.

What you'll do
As our Graphic Designer, you'll solve the challenge of making investing feel simple, trustworthy, and accessible through high-quality visual communication. Your focus will be brand and marketing web design, which means designing compelling campaign assets, creating conversion-optimised landing pages and web experiences, and maintaining and evolving the Mintos visual identity across channels. You'll work with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to create cohesive, high-impact visual experiences that strengthen brand trust and drive investor growth.

You will:

• Design visual assets for campaigns, social media, email, paid media, presentations, and print materials

• Create responsive landing pages, marketing website sections, and campaign microsites with clear hierarchy and strong CTA placement

• Deliver development-ready designs with responsive specifications and collaborate closely with developers on implementation

• Produce creative variations for A/B testing and performance optimisation

• Support product launches with marketing collateral and investor-facing materials

• Maintain and extend the Mintos brand system, including templates, icons, illustrations, and visual guidelines

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves 

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Marketing Designer

• Hands-on experience with Figma

• Ability to create high-quality visual assets across digital and print while managing multiple projects with deadlines

• Strong foundation in typography, layout, colour theory, composition, and grid systems

• Experience working within and extending a brand identity system

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Background in fintech, banking, or another regulated industry

• Motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Jitter, etc.)

• Illustration or iconography skills

• Photography art direction or editing experience

• Localisation or multi‑market design experience

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive development principles
