What you'll do
As our Full-Stack Developer (Content Platform), you’ll solve the challenge of building and evolving a scalable, high-performance content platform that supports Mintos’ customers and business goals. Your focus will be end-to-end feature development across the full stack, which means designing and implementing new functionality, extending and refactoring existing features with quality and performance in mind, and owning features from specification through production and monitoring. You’ll work closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, accessible, and SEO-friendly experiences that directly impact user trust and platform growth.

You will:

• Implement new front-end and back-end functionality for the content platform and related services

• Own features end to end: from technical design and development to deployment and monitoring

• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure reliability and long-term maintainability

• Ensure high standards for accessibility (WCAG), performance (Core Web Vitals), and SEO

• Participate actively in code reviews, contributing feedback and learning from peers

• Collaborate transparently with product owners and cross-functional teams to solve real user problems

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves 

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack or Backend-heavy Software Engineer

• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade backend frameworks (e.g. Symfony/Laravel (PHP) or Spring Boot (Java))

• Strong proficiency in modern PHP, TypeScript and/or Java, with emphasis on strong typing and best practices

• Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred; MySQL acceptable)

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs, including versioning, error handling, and documentation

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with modern meta-frameworks such as Astro, Nuxt, or Next.js (SSR/SSG, islands architecture)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (Sentry, Datadog, or similar), and web performance optimization

• Background in fintech or content-driven platforms, or strong interest in learning the domain
