What you'll do

As our Senior Account Manager, you’ll solve the challenge of managing and scaling strategic partner relationships across international non-bank lending markets. Your focus will be strengthening and expanding cooperation with key lending companies, which means managing high-value partner accounts, leading complex negotiations and cross-functional collaboration, and identifying opportunities that grow long-term value. You'll work with Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and outcomes that support the Mintos mission of making investing simple and accessible.

You will:

• Manage existing relationships with lending companies in the non-bank lending sector globally
• Collaborate with and keep accountable multiple internal stakeholders to ensure partner needs are met
• Lead complex negotiations and manage contractual processes
• Identify new business opportunities and potential for deeper cooperation
• Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with decision-makers
• Structure proposals that align stakeholder interests and enable scalable growth
• Communicate the Mintos value proposition effectively to increase cooperation volumes

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

• 5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales, ideally in non-bank lending
• Hands-on experience with complex relationship and stakeholder management
• Ability to drive and close complex sales cycles
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Solid business acumen and prioritization skills
• Experience with C-level relationship development and management
• Background in corporate banking, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital
• Business-level or higher proficiency in English

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with adjacent financial or investment-sector tools and workflows
• Background in fintech or lending-related industries
• Undergraduate degree; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus
