What you'll do
As our Frontend Engineer, you'll build and evolve our content platform that powers Mintos' digital presence. You'll work with our headless CMS, create reusable components, and enable teams across Mintos to publish and manage content efficiently. Your primary focus is building and contributing to the systems that make content delivery scalable and maintainable.

You will:

• Build and maintain our content platform primarily using Astro, Vue, and TypeScript

• Develop reusable UI components and contribute to our design system

• Integrate and extend our headless CMS (Directus) to meet content authoring needs

• Create content templates and page types that non-technical teams can use independently

• Ensure content is SEO-optimized, accessible, and performant across devices

• Work with Marketing, Product, and Design to understand content requirements and build solutions that scale

• Write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles and industry best practices

• Take ownership of your work from requirements clarification through production deployment

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves 

• 2-4 years of frontend development experience

• Solid working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

• Experience with Vue, React, Svelte, and/or other frontend frameworks.

• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party tools

• Strong communication skills - you'll be working closely with teams across the organization

• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Storyblok, Builder.io, Directus) and design systems

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to brand consistency when implementing designs

• Fluent English
  

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Astro, Nuxt.js, Next.js or similar meta-frameworks

• Familiarity with JSON-LD structured data, core page vitals, semantic html, meta tags, page speed, etc.

• Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Segment)

• Understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization
