We’re looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our team at Mintos and support the growth of our investment platform. What you will do:

In this role, you’ll support the product team in managing and improving parts of our platform. You’ll be involved in backlog management, user research, and launch planning, helping the team deliver features that make a real difference for investors.

You will:

• Manage and prioritize parts of the product backlog, ensuring smooth collaboration with the development team; take part in new product development.
• Collect and organize user and product data, preparing simple reports on performance.
• Participate in user research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Support the planning and execution of smaller product launches.
• Communicate requirements clearly within the team and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to solving straightforward challenges and delivering incremental improvements.

Your professional skills and background:

• Up to 2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and product development processes.
• Familiarity with backlog management and prioritization of user stories.
• Analytical and collaborative mindset, able to collect and structure data into clear insights; strong communication skills.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Recently obtained Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related field.
