High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Manager
We’re looking for an experienced High-Net-Worth Client Relationship Manager to work directly with our high-net-worth investors in Latvia - building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients make the most of the opportunities our platform offers.

What you will do:
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients in Latvia, both by engaging our existing investors and by identifying and onboarding new ones. Your focus will be on creating a personal, trust-based connection, helping clients understand what Mintos offers, and ensuring they have a smooth and engaging experience on our platform.
You will:
- Identify and connect with potential high-net-worth investors in Latvia through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a CRM of prospects and clients, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage relationships with existing HNW clients from Latvia, ensuring they are engaged, satisfied, and active on Mintos.
- Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes, making their experience smooth and simple.
- Present Mintos’ multi-asset offering in a clear and engaging way, tailored to each client’s level of investment experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to address client needs and feedback.
Your professional skills and background:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management, ideally in financial services, fintech, or another sector serving high-value clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Comfortable explaining investment products and processes clearly.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client relationships and follow-ups effectively.
- Fluent in Latvian and English (spoken and written); Russian is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
