Team Lead for Client Relationship Management

What you’ll do:
As the Team Lead for Client Relationship Management, your main responsibility will be to lead and develop a high-performing team dedicated to serving our VIP investors across Europe. You'll directly contribute to Mintos' growth by ensuring an exceptional client experience, retention, and portfolio expansion.
You will:
• Lead and mentor a team of Client Relationship Managers, fostering their growth and driving performance.
• Develop and execute strategies for client onboarding and retention, portfolio growth, and maximizing investor satisfaction.
• Set, monitor, and report on clear KPIs, ensuring targets are consistently met.
• Manage relationships with key VIP investors, proactively addressing their needs and enhancing their experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Compliance, advocating for client needs.
• Analyze investor behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Regularly provide actionable insights and updates to senior management on team performance and client feedback.
Your professional skills and background:
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, wealth management or account management roles, including at least 2 years in a team lead position - ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Track record in managing a high-performing team, including experience setting clear goals, performance expectations and providing regular feedback.
• Proven experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, demonstrating the ability to provide personalized service and solutions.
• Analytical mindset, able to use data and insights effectively to drive decisions and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; additional European languages are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
