What you will do
As the Junior Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing ad-hoc campaigns and multi-channel automation to keep our users engaged and active. Using Braze, our customer engagement platform, you'll craft personalized experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
You will:
- Execute and monitor email, push, and in-app campaigns with precision;
- Manage deadlines and dependencies across multiple campaigns and stakeholders;
- Build and analyze campaign performance reports using Excel and other analytics tools;
- Maintain thorough documentation of campaign setups and results;
- Conduct quality assurance to ensure accuracy in all outgoing communications;
- Help optimize customer segments through data analysis and actionable insights.
Your professional skills and background:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, data analytics, product, or operations;
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong quality control mindset;
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with high accuracy;
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills;
- Interest in investment and financial products;
- Experience with Braze or similar customer engagement platforms is considered as advantage.
