Lifecycle and Retention Marketing Specialist

What you will do
As a Lifecycle and Retention Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing world-class retention campaigns, reaching over 550,000 Mintos customers in more than 8 languages. Your focus will be on nurturing customer relationships throughout their entire lifecycle with Mintos—from activation to re-engagement.
You will:
- Design and implement strategies that guide customers through their lifecycle journey, optimizing customer lifetime value from activation through win-back across multiple channels.
- Develop detailed audience segments based on engagement and investment behavior to personalize campaigns and deliver relevant messages to each customer group.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics like engagement, retention, and churn, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing.
- Execute personalized, automated campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
- Collaborate closely with product, partnership, and customer service teams to align lifecycle marketing initiatives with broader company goals.
Your professional skills and background:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with a proven record of executing successful campaigns.
- Strong expertise in customer segmentation, behaviour analysis, and personalization strategies.
- Proficient in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., customer.io, Braze, Iterable) and running multi-channel campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS).
- Skilled in analyzing customer data, conducting A/B tests, and optimizing campaign performance.
- Strong interest in financial products and the fintech industry.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain a high standard of work.
- Advanced Excel skills, with an affinity for data-driven work; knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
